ERG can measure and model structures and components to document shop-created or modified parts, or parts that are no longer available from the original supplier. We can assist in identifying materials and material conditions of surfaces to ensure that the drawings include information permitting safe duplication of the original parts. ERG can arrange for local labs or engineering assistance to confirm suitability of part materials, conditions and surface treatments.
After modelling ERG can create high quality and complete drawings for the components and assemblies to ensure manufactured parts are suitable and will function properly.
ERG can travel to your site, to the field or take smaller assemblies to our location for measurement.
